Driving from Florida to California to scout my return route.
I rented a small SUV in Brooksville, FL and started my drive west to San Diego, CA with my wife on April 7, 2016. I have my bike and gear loaded in the back along with some other road trip essentials (drinks, snacks, cooler, ice, beer, etc…).
We drove north and west out of Florida, had to take a ferry across Mobile Bay in Alabama, then across Mississippi into Louisiana.
We stayed with friends in Houston and then drove the long stretch across central and west Texas into New Mexico.
We stopped in Tucson and had dinner at the Nimbus Brewing Company with some new pilots that Global Jetcare, Inc. has in training at FlightSafety Int’l.
6 days on the road and we made it to San Diego. Time to start riding…
